4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ (Criminal side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the

enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The above process shall be completed within the above said period. The petitioner shall cooperate with the enquiry.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
