The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed for transfer of H.M.C.M.A.No.36 of 2019 on the file of Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputtur to the file of Principal District Judge, Madurai.

2.On the last occasion, when the case came up before this Court, this Court was informed that the matter has been amicable resolved between the parties before the first Appellate Court and that the petitioner/appellant in H.M.C.M.A.No.36 of 2019 is in the Army.

3.Today, a joint memo has been filed by the counsel for both sides that the matter has been resolved between the parties and nothing survives for further adjudication.
