Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner for the period from 01.08.1983 to 31.05.1991 and to pay all service, monetary benefits and arrears of salary by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2019 and the proposal submitted by the 5th respondent dated 04.12.2019 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

Pursuant to the order of the Writ Court dated 14.02.2020, it is stated by the learned Government Advocate for the respondent that the petitioner's representation has been considered and the order has been passed on 28.12.2020. As such, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as willful.
