This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to interfere the civil dispute in O.S.No.240 of 2019 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai District.

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1612 of 2020 3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
