ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), and 506(ii) of IPC., in Crime No.Not Known of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 10.03.2018, the petitioners in a drunken mood assembled in front of the defacto complainant's house, abused him by using filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the case has been registered for the above said crime.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that for the alleged occurrence mentioned in this application, the respondent police registered the case in Crime No.174 of 2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC. Further, he added that as of now, all the accused including these petitioners were arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

4. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) is recorded. Hence, the prayer sought for in this

petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
