Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order of AD-Interim Stay of all further proceedings in judgment and decree dated 31.07.2019 made in A.S. No. 25 of 2015 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram, reversing the judgment and decree dated 19.11.2014 made in O.S. No. 107 of 2007 on the file of District Munsif Court, Ramanathapuram. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.ARUMUGAM, Advocate for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES, for the petitioner, While admitting the SA., the court made the following order:- This application has been filed seeking stay of operation of the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.25 of 2015. 2.The decree is one for declaration and injunction. Hence, no further proceedings are contemplated. Leaving it open to the petitioner to file an appropriate application for suspension of the decree for injunction, this application is dismissed as misconceived.
