ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Additional District Judge for exclusive trial of cases under Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and Narcotic Drugs and Psychotroptic Substances Act, 1985 at Pudukkottai, to expedite the trial in C.C.No.56 of 2019.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that there are three accused in C.C.No.56 of 2019 and that Non-Bailable Warrant is pending against the first accused (A1). 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Proseuctor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Additional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
