ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 8(c) r/w 20 (b)(ii)(B) NDPS Act in Cr.No.365 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is in illegal possession of 1 kg and 100 grams of ganja. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is an innocent person.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent police would submit that the petitioner is having sixteen

previous cases and he would vehemently oppose to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the number of previous case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
