O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 13.02.2018. 2.According to the petitioner, he is working as a Manager in Pyramid Educational Services, Sivakasi and they are supplying books to the Schools for the past 8 years. In the year 2015, the petitioner's company supplied books to the School, viz., Kamarajar Matriculation School, Perumalpatti, Srivilliputhur and the same was sold out to the students. But, they have not paid the balance amount of Rs.1,15,629/- to the petitioner's company. Hence, the petitioner has preferred the said complaint. Since no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired by the second respondent and after enquiry, the second respondent advised the petitioner to approach the Civil Court, as the said dispute is purely civil in nature.

Additional Public Prosecutor, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the competent Court to redress his grievance.

5.Recording the abovesaid submission made by both parties, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Court to redress his grievance.
