This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.469 of 2018 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vadamadurai Police Station, Dindigul District, dated 24.09.2018. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur, and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.193 of 2019 and the same was adjourned to 07.11.2021. Non Bailable Warrant is also pending against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is a family dispute between the father of the defacto complainant and the mother of the accused and the matter was settled before the Trial Court.
4.Since the matter was settled before the Trial Court, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition and hence, the matter become infructuous.
