ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 506 (ii) IPC in Cr.No.128 of 2013, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the respondent police after conducting investigation, closed the case as "Mistake of Fact".
3.In view of the above, the question of granting anticipatory bail does not at all arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
