This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant pending against Brigette Amutha and Brigette Kanmani in C.M.P.No.60/2020 in D.V.C.No. 17/2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Thanjavur.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that they have received non-bailable warrant against the accused/Brigette Amutha and Brigette Kanmani from the trial Court in C.M.P.No.60/2020 in D.V.C.No. 17/2018. Since the non-bailable warrant was issued without sufficient particulars, they have requested the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur to provide the correct particulars of the said Brigette Amutha and Brigette Kanman. If a fresh non-bailable warrant is issued with correct particulars, they will execute the same without any delay.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and the respondent police is also unable to execute the non-bailable warrant, due to insufficient particulars given in the warrant, this Court hereby directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Thanjavur to issue a fresh non-bailable warrant with the correct particulars, thereafter, the 2nd respondent is directed to execute the non-bailable warrant without any delay and in accordance with law. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
