This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard Mr.M.M.Manivelpandian, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabu Ramachandran, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has adopted a child with the consent of his wife, but subsequently, due to some misunderstanding, the petitioner's wife gave a false complaint stating that the petitioner herein is harassing her and based on the said complaint the respondents 2 and 3 are harassing the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioner herein and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise. 5.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
