ORDER
The petitioner had filed this petition seeking not to harass. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner's son, namely, Ramkumar worked in Indian Army. The petitioner's son/ Ramkumar and the third respondent got love marriage and they are blessed with two children. There was some misunderstanding between the petitioner's son and the third respondent. The third respondent had also filed domestic violence complaint against the petitioner and his family members. This being so, the said Ramkumar met with an accident on 29.08.2024 with head injury. He is in unconscious stage and he is under treatment in "Livewell Rehabilitation Medicine Hospital", Poovanthi. Now, the third respondent is attempting to visit the hospital. According to the petitioner, it would only affect his son's health badly. Hence, he refused, for that reason, complaint was lodged by the third respondent. Based on the same, the police is harassing the petitioner.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint of 2/4
the third respondent, the petitioner and the third respondent were called for enquiry, and thereafter, difference of opinion between them got resolved, based on which, complaint was closed on 24.11.2024.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 29.01.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Rmk To 1.The Superintendent of Police, O/o The Superintendent of Police, Theni District.
