ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the third respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the mother in law of the third respondent. He further submitted that the petitioner's son, namely, Mugesh, being a Software Engineer, is working abroad and since there was a family dispute between the petitioner's son and the third respondent, the third respondent gave a false complaint and based on that the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

found that only family dispute and hence, the said complaint was closed.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
