ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a directionto direct the first respondent to file the final report in Crime No.3808 of 2020 dated 25.10.2020 after obtaining the forensic report as per letter No.1403 of 2021 dated 19.11.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent registered a case in Crim No.3808 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 147,294(b),447,465,420 and 506(i) of IPC. Pending the same, the second respondent has called for expert opinion from the Forensic Science Laboratory with regard to the related documents pending on the file of the first respondent. Though the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni issued letter dated 19.11.2021 requesting for report, to enable the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2633 of 2022 to file the final report, the same is still pending on the file of the first respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to submit the report as requested by the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No. 3808 of 2020 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks therefrom. 4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
