Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned docket order, dated 29.12.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Tirunelveli in M.C.No.22 of 2022 and to set aside the same and to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No. 5,Tirunelveli and to provide an opportunity to the petitioner to file his counter and to contest the case.
