This quash petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.68 of 2014 pending on the file of the Executive II Class Magistrate, Nanguneri.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 109 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
