: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass appropriate orders based on the Petitioner's representation dated 14.1.2020 submitted to the respondents 1 to 4, and to release the documents of title deeds pertaining to the property comprised in Survey No.99/1A, Patta No.277 of Soorankottai Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk and District. O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to pass appropriate orders based on the Petitioner's representation dated 14.1.2020 submitted to the respondents 1 to 4 and to release the documents of title deeds pertaining to the property comprised in Survey No.99/1A, Patta No.277 of Soorankottai Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk and District.

perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The Petitioner had borrowed loan from the fourth respondent/Society by depositing the title deeds and other relevant documents. He would further submit that he has already paid the entire outstanding and requested the respondents 1 to 4 to release the documents deposited at the time of availing the above said loan.
4.Upon instructions, the learned counsels appearing for the respondents wanted to settle the issue and sought for short accommodation. In the meanwhile, the Petitioner is directed to deposit the outstanding dues as on date and the fourth respondent is directed to receive the said amount and release the documents that were deposited by the Petitioner at the time of borrowal of loan amount.
5.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the entire loan amount was settled by the Petitioner to the fourth respondent society and the fourth respondent has also handed over the entire documents in original to the Petitioner and the Petitioner has also acknowledged the receipt of the same, as per the Acknowledgement Letter, dated 15.2.2020.
6.In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
