2.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition on payment of cost of Rs.300/- to be paid to the credit of "District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam" (payable in Account No.10767823177, SBI, Periyakulam) on or before 18.12.2018.
