This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.5 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2018 has been completed and a charge sheet has been laid before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, which was taken on file in C.C.No.202 of 2018. Therefore, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition.
