O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in the civil dispute 2.Heard Mr.C.Jeyaprakash, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabu Ramachandran, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a tenant under the respondents 3 and 4. Since, the respondents 3 and 4 tried to evict the petitioner from the premises by force, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.85 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai and also filed an application in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

I.A.No.108 of 2018, seeking interim injunction and that being so, the respondents 3 and 4 gave a false complaint before the second respondent and based on the said complaint, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that one complaint has been received from the respondents 3 and 4 against the petitioner and based on the said complaint charge sheet No.336 of 17 was issued and enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, it was closed on 27.12.2017. He further submitted that subsequently, another complaint has been given by the respondents 3 and 4 on 06.03.2018 and after enquiry, it was closed and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise. 5.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
