ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order dated 08.10.2021 passed in R.C.A.No.17 of 2019 by the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Principal Sub Court), Madurai.

2. Though the petitioners have raised several grounds in the present Civil Revision Petition, this Court has not accepted the grounds raised in this petition. Therefore, the petitioners have now come forward with a plea that if they will be given sufficient time to vacate the premises, they will vacate and hand over the possession of the property within a period of one year from today without any hindrance and they have also filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 05.07.2022 to that effect. Hence, the affidavit of undertaking filed by the petitioners is taken on record. 2/4

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, with a direction to the petitioners to hand over the possession to the respondent on or before 04.07.2023 and till such time, the petitioners shall pay the admitted rent to the respondent on or before 5th of every English calendar month. No costs.
