This petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the case in Crime No.154 of 2014, dated 01.06.2014, on the file of the 3rd respondent to 2nd respondent or any other independent investigating agency and to monitor the investigation. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that already the case in Crime No.154 of 2014, dated 01.06.2014, on the file of the respondent police has been closed 28.11.2014 and RCS also filed before the concerned Court.
