This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the impugned FIR in Crime No.1443 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police station and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation, has laid the charge sheet in CNR.No.TNTP030013252023 before the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judge, Additional Mahila Court, Trichy to take the charge sheet on file and dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.
