The petitioner has come forward with this Criminal Original Petition for earlier disposal of C.C.No.399 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur.

2.A report from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur has been received, which itself shows that a petition in C.M.P.No.7396 of 2014 is pending for filing of counter by the accused.

3.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to cooperate for earlier disposal of C.M.P.No.7396 of 2014 and the Trial Court is also directed to dispose the C.C.No.399 of 2011 within a period of 3 months from the date of disposal of C.M.P.No.7396 of 2014.

4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
