complainant Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.445 of 2017 dated 29.12.2017 on the file of the 1st respondent police for alleged offences Under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and quash the same as illegal.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused Nos.1 to 4, to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.445 of 2017. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that already charge sheet has been filed on 05.01.2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, but sofar, the case was not taken on file.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition dismissed as infructuous. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar is directed to verify, if already charge sheet has been filed, then he has to take the case on file without further delay.
