ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as second accused. He was arrested by the respondent police on 26.02.2018 and remanded to judicial custody. The case against him is for alleged offences punishable under Sections 302 and 109 I.P.C., in Crime No.74 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that Goondas Act had already been slapped against the petitioner.
