RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT IN BOTH PETITIONS Petitions filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petitions filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.79 and 83 of 2023 order dated 10.01.2023 on the file of this Honble Court and thus render justice. Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.U.MOHAMMED ASLAM, Advocate for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES for the petitioners in both petitions and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions the court made the following order:- These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.

79 and 83 of 2023, dated 10.01.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.79 and 83 of 2023, dated 10.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1504 of 2023 the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
