O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.12.2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that one Vasan Medical Retail Shop owner has purchased the medicine from the petitioner to the value of Rs.16,00,500/-. With regard to that a complaint has been lodged on 10.11.2017 and a compromise was arrived at and the said medical shop owner has agreed to pay the amount in 4 installments, but, so far he has not paid even a single installment and hence the petitioner was forced to give another complaint on 12.12.2017. With regard to the said complaint, no action is being taken so far.

3.The leaned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the above said submission, the third respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals that any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
