ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.VIJAYANAND, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- The petitioners seek injunction for restraining the respondents from interfering with their possession and enjoyment of the suit property.

2.It is seen that the respondents have already filed R.C.O.P against the petitioners and have also succeeded in it. The petitioners are said to have filed an appeal before the appellate authority.

3.In any event, interim injunction is granted for the petitioners to the extent that they cannot be dispossessed without due process of law.
