: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to remove the encroachments made in our lane (Public pathway) viz., Nellaiyapparpuram Main Street, Ward No.97 Tirunagar, Madurai, by considering the representation dated 10.12.2020 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions from the respondent No.5, submitted that only one person by name Jeeva can be termed as an encroacher. As the property lies within the jurisdiction of the respondent No.2, communication has been sent by proceedings dated 10.02.2021 in Na.Ka.No.007/2021/rp.
3. In view of the same, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to act in accordance with the aforesaid communication dated 10.02.2021. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
