Respondents Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in civil dispute by extending their support to the 3rd respondent to take forcible possession of the properties which is registered in Doc.No.1773/1996 on the file of the Sub Registrar-II, Sivagangai to an extent of 40 cents situated in SF.No.130/6, Uruli Village, Kudanjadi Ulkadi, Sivagangai Taluk and District from the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner.
