O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes, more particularly in construction activity of the petitioner in his property situated in S.No.314/4 in Settiyarpatti, Thalavaipuram, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, CSR.No.720 of 2022 came to be registered and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that as of now, no complaint or petition is pending against the petitioner.
