Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.PRABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu,Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to grant an extension of time to execute the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19633 of 2019 dated 30.12.2019.
