Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PALANISAMY T, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.11105 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6421 of 2021, dated 13.12.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

CRL MP(MD) No.1426 of 2023 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.11105 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6421 of 2021, dated 13.12.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
