ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to provide protection to the petitioner's life as well as her properties with Rule 23(1) of Tamilnadu Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules 2007.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's claim and conduct enquiry and process the same, as per law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. 05-02-2026 KSA 2/4
