ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the complaint lodged by the second respondent with the first respondent is registered in CSR No.67 of 2021 and posted for enquiry.
