ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 2/4

4 would submit that the petitioner's representation to the District Collector was forwarded to the fourth respondent and the same was received only on 26.01.2023 by the fourth respondent.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
