ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406 I.P.C.
, and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Crime No.103 of 2017, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. This Court heard the learned counsel for the intervenor also.
3.The petitioners are the in-laws of the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant has implicated the petitioners as well as their son, namely, her husband in Crime No.103 of 2017 for the above mentioned offences.
4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertook that a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) will be paid to the defacto complainant per month. This liability will start from 01.05.2018 onwards.

for the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, Madurai and on their executing a personal bond for a sum of a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 6.The petitioners shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
