This petition is filed to condone the delay of 102 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.There is no appearance on behalf of the respondent No.2. However, being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and there is no objection on the side of the respondent No.1 and also considering the long delay in filing, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 102 days, however, with costs.
