PRAYER :- to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.19521 of 2019 dated 30.12.2019 on the file of this Honble Court ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was granted bail on 30.12.2019 on condition he shall appear before the Court concerned daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. The petitioner seeks relaxation of the said condition.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) points out that the petitioner is shown as accused in a case of the year 2004 and that he remained proclaimed offender for more than 15 years. The petitioner should consider himself lucky for having even got bail. However, taking note of the circumstances pleaded by the petitioner's counsel, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and instead of reporting before the Court concerned he shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. till the trial is over. The petitioner's counsel gives an undertaking that he will not file any more petition seeking relaxation or further modification of this condition.
