Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sixth accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 323 and 506(i) IPC r/w Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.24 of 2015 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.According to the defacto complainant, the accused demanded dowry and it is further alleged that the defacto complainant's husband has illegal intimacy with other ladies. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has no way connected with the alleged offence and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. It is submitted that co-accused in this case have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16108 and 16297 of 2015.

4. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul District, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
