5. The submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for either side are considered. It is alleged that during the time of occurrence, after knowing that the victim girl is aged about 17 years, the petitioners and other four accused kidnapped the victim girl for the purpose of conducting marriage with one Pomman. Now, on going through the statement given by the victim girl, it would appear that the alleged offence was happened without the consent of the victim girl. So, considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners, further custodial interrogation is necessary for completing the investigation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
