ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2.The main grievance of the petitioner is that a case under Section 366(A) of Indian Penal Code and Sections 5(1) and 6 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, was registered against 12 persons including his grand son, namely, Vickram and that the police is harassing the petitioner asking the whereabouts of his grand son. He also submitted that his grand son obtained an anticipatory bail on 11.02.2021 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1793 of 2021. 3.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the second respondent with the first respondent, First Information Report in Crime No.966 of 2020 was registered against the petitioner's grand son namely, Vickram and others, for the offences https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

(1) and 6 of Protection of Child from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 and that the police did not harass the petitioner. His further contention is that the police is also aware of the obtention of anticipatory bail by the petitioner's grand son in Crl.OP.(MD) No.1793 of 2021.

4.Recording the said submissions made by both sides, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
