ORDER

The present civil revision petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam to expedite the proceedings pending in E.P.No.4 of 2021 in O.S.No.53 of 2018.

2. Though the notice has been served on the respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list no one has appeared either in person or through his counsel.

3. The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose the E.P.No.4 of 2021 in O.S.No.53 of 2018 pending before the Sub Court, Thirumangalam.

4. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to the Sub Court, Thirumangalam to dispose E.P.No.4 of 2021 in O.S.No.53 of 2018 pending on its file preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The civil revision petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
