ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District to dispose of S.C.No.105 of 2019 expeditiously within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instruction, would submit that the petitioner does not have the habit of appearing before the concerned Court regularly, and that the case is now posted for trial. He would further submit that all the witnesses would be produced as expeditiously as possible. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
