This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Crime No.377 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that the issue has been amicably settled between the parties.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police would also admit the fact that matter was settled between the parties and in view of the same, the case in Cr.No.377 of 2021 will be referred as mistake of fact by the first respondent police. 2/4
