Arivukumar COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents 26 to 32 as the legal representatives of the deceased 5th and 10th respondents, respectively and to implead them as respondents 26 to 32 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Though notice was ordered to the proposed respondents on 09.03.2026, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the private notice sent to the proposed respondents has been returned as 2/3

un served. Court notice is awaited for service.

3. These petitions have been filed only for the purpose of bringing on record the legal representatives of the deceased 5th and 10th respondents as respondents 26 to 32 in the above Second Appeal. Therefore, I am inclined to allow the applications, as the proposed respondents will be impleaded as parties to the Second Appeal and will have an opportunity to appear in the Second Appeal upon amendment of the memorandum of grounds.

4. In view of the above, there is no delay in filing the petitions, and hence, the petitions to bring on record the proposed respondents 26 to 32 as the legal representatives of the deceased 5th and 10th respondents are allowed.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title and issue notice to the newly added respondents 26 to 32 in the Second Appeal.
