The petitioner/establishment has filed this writ petition as against the show cause notice dated 20.12.2022 issued by ESI Corporation.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has already paid the amount as per the claim of the ESI Corporation. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition and he seeks permission to not press this petition.
